Les Garances is a typical Provencal holiday home near the beautiful village of Roussillon in the Luberon. Les Garances is very private with lovely views down to the valley and Mont Ventoux, yet only a short 5 minute walk to the village. There is ample parking space at the house.

Les Garances is spacious and light, partly due to the patio doors on 2 sides, each of which gives access to a nice terrace. From the terrace on the valley side a staircase leads to the lower garden where there is a salt water swimming pool of 8.5x4m and also a nice spacious lounge area with an L-shaped sofa and chairs. At the pool itself is a terrace with 4 sunbeds. The view is phenomenal from all sides.
Les Garances was completely renovated at the beginning of 2022 and is very stylishly furnished, with top materials, furniture, beds and decor – this is our business as owners of the Villa Maison company. There is a gray stone floor throughout the house. The (new) kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a Belling oven and a Nespresso machine. (We love our coffees too!). Both bedrooms are spacious and cozy with very comfortable beds, which is important to us. Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed (160x200cm), bedroom 2 has a super King size bed (210x210cm) that can be converted into 2 King single beds of 105x210cm. The bathroom is Moroccan decorated with a spacious walk-in shower, the toilet is a separate room. The house also has a garage where you can store your bicycles. The house has a heating and cooling system. Les Garances is unfortunately not suitable for children under 10.
‘Our’ village of Roussillon is No. 6 on the list of the most beautiful villages in France, famous for its Ocre color. In the village you will find several shops, restaurants and also a bakery, butcher, small supermarket, ice cream shop and post office. The market is on Thursday morning.
For the cyclists among you, this area is really fantastic for beautiful trips. My husband Steve is happy to take you to the top of Mt. Ventoux!
