Antique French Books set/6

There is nothing more perfect for styling a sideboard, desk or side table than vintage Books! I love love love them and have many in my house. The downside of these guys is that they are weighty and that works against them for postage. But I could not go past this set in the market last week. It has so much character. Each book is 14 x 21 x h between 4-5cm and the weight of the set of 6 is 2973. This is a complete set of the Oeuvres de Destouches. Philippe Néricault Destouches (born April 9, 1680, Tours, France—died July 4, 1754, Fortoiseau) was a dramatist who brought to the tradition of French classical comedy influences derived from the English Restoration theatre. After classical studies in Tours and Paris, Destouches entered the diplomatic service. What a grand set to own. Postage from France included.
