Christofle Letter opener Silver plated

This beautiful Silver plated letter opener is made by Christofle, a luxury French silverware and tableware company founded in Paris in 1830 by Charles Christofle. The company is still going strong with many collectors of their items worldwide. This letter opener comes in its original box. On one side the letter opener shows the portrait of Charles Christofle, Paris, on the other side the Laurel wreath and Bee image referencing Napoleon’s era. The Christofle trade mark is etched into the letter opener as well. Size as follows: L 22cm x dia rondell 5cm and the weight is 135 grms. The box is 23 x 6 x h 1.8cm and total weight is 180 grms.
