French Bread cutter Roger Orfèvre 50cm

This French Bread cutter is made by Roger Orfèvre, also famous for making French Champagne Sabers and other high end cutlery here in France. A cutter like this is used to cut the Baghette or any other loafs of bread and is used in many restaurants. The base is 40 x 14cm, the length of the cutter is 50cm and the height is 15cm.
