French Ramasse Miettes

This is such a nice item. It is called a Ramasse Miettes here in France, which literally means Crumbs collector. And that is exactly what it does. At the end of each meal or in between courses, in a good restaurant, the waiter will remove left over crumbs etc. from the table cover or surface. This Ramasse is made from metal in a Silver colour and consists of a pan and broom. Both are heavily engraved and they are also initialed with the letters R S or S R.
