French Statue Virgin Mary H 61cm

This exquisite vintage French statue of the Virgin Mary stands out with its height of a whopping 61 cm. She is lovely and detailed with her robe flowing around her and her rosary hanging from her arm. This statue came from a church and at one time the base came away from her. She was valuable enough to be repaired it seems with cement. There is still a crack showing, see photos, but for me that is ok as for me it means character. Plus the fact that they thought she needed to be repaired is a story in itself. She was well loved it seems. Her base is 14 x 15 cm and her height as mentioned is 61 cm.
