Italian Rosary Pope John XXIII L 155cm

This lovely XXL Rosary I found at an antique market in Rome recently. The Rosary is rather huge with a length of 155 cm. It has a large Amulette of 8.5 (widest point) x 11cm depicting Pope John XXIII from Lombardy. Pope John XXIII was head of the Catholic Church and sovereign of Vatican City from 28 October 1958 until his death on 3 June 1963. The beads on this Rosary are also large 2.5 x 2.5cm square depicting the faces of Jesus and the Virgin Mary w/child and then there is Jesus on the Cross being w 6 x h 17cm. I am not sure what the material is, either resin or ??? It does not feel cold, so I believe it is indeed resin. This XXL Rosary weighs 895 grms. What a great piece for the collectors.
