Vintage Brass and Crystal Inkwell

This magnificent large vintage inkwell is very decorative. It is made from Brass and has 2 crystal inkwells with lids. Vintage inkwells are hard to buy as usually they are in a very bad condition due to age and their use or they are incomplete. This one is good but for 2 chips at the back of one of the crystal inkwells, see last photo. I decided to buy it anyway as the item is very stunning due to its size and look and the damage being at the back of the item is not very visible. Size of the base of the inkwell is w 40 x d 26 x h 8cm, each crystal inkwell measures 6.5 x 6.5 x h 6cm. It is heavy at 2320 grms and will look fantastic on any desk or sideboard.
